RLR Motorsports located in Shropshire, U.K. is no stranger to building and racing motorcycles, having over 16 years under their belts. When they caught wind of the 450 Supersingle bikes that Roland Sands and Gavin Trippe had developed in the U.S. it seemed only natural to take a stab at it. RLR started off with a 2008 Yamaha WR450, slipped in a R6 front end, modified the rear shock, bolted on 17″ Dymag wheels, put on a set of custom rearsets, fitted bodywork from a RS 250 and came up with the RLR450WR you see below.

Since building this bike it has been entered in the Moto 450 class of the Thundersport GB, ridden by Steve Tomes and had great results. RLR now offers complete bikes or kits to build your own. For more info on whats available and pricing click here.
